QIP want evidence the training will happen. A receipt for training is evidence of this. You can start the training process at your own pace. Once enrolled, your team will have ongoing access to the course materials, allowing them to complete the training as their schedules permit.
You can make a single payment for your entire team using our Group Order feature. This allows you to purchase multiple seats at once and assign them to your team members in your intuitive dashboard. You will see the option to make a group order at the checkout.
You can estimate the number of seats you’ll need, including future hires, to ensure availability. However, if you need additional seats later, you can easily purchase more directly from your Seat Manager dashboard (which you will see once you make your group order).
Once you’ve made a batch payment using the Group Order feature, you’ll receive a Seat Manager dashboard where you can assign seats to your team members. They’ll receive an email invitation to sign up and access the modules without needing to pay individually.
This is a one hour intensive course, however it can vary depending on the pace of each individual. Your team can complete the modules at their convenience.
This training covers all the mandatory training requirements except for hand hygiene (Google 'hand hygiene eModules dental' to access free training from the ACSQHC website) and First Aid/CPR.
Yes. Every person listed on your Organisational Chart must complete mandatory training to achieve accreditation against the Primary Community Health Service Standards.
